I usually feel as if I'm still talking to salesperson who is trying to get the most out of me. I was helped by Maret and was in for an oil change and to get my car registered for the year. Turns out my o2 sensor was bad and Maret made me feel comfortable talking to me about my options and getting my car taken care of quickly. They ran the test three times to get it to pass and went above and beyond to help me out and get everything done the same day even though they were incredibly busy. I'll definitely be going there again. More

Courteous and Friendly Staff -- Devil in the Details Happy with our purchase -- great car so far. Do have a few things regarding the sale that I hope will be taken as constructive criticism and not just Happy with our purchase -- great car so far. Do have a few things regarding the sale that I hope will be taken as constructive criticism and not just "whining". First, when telling a customer about the super advantage of getting a certified used car warrantee, you should be more upfront in disclosing it comes at additional cost. We looked a long time to find a car with options we needed that fit our set cash budget. We made it very clear what that budget was and that we would ONLY pay cash -- no financing (against our principles). We were excited to learn that by going with a "certified" used car, we would get a bonus of a Toyota-backed 7/100,000 warrantee -- that became a significant factor in our decision. Neither my wife nor I can recall at any time during our discussion of this warrantee (and we asked a lot of questions) that we were ever told it was an "add-on option". It was not until we sat down with the finance person that we were told the warrantee we were getting was just power and drive train and NOT the bumper to bumper we thought we were getting and were told that the basic warrantee was essentially worthless as it covered very little of importance. If we wanted the full meal deal we THOUGHT we were getting, it was going to cost us another $1500. That was a shock and almost a deal breaker for us because it busted our cash budget. But we had driven all the way down from Idaho to pick it up and, because we were registering and titling in Idaho, you didn't collect sales tax, which meant we could still write our check and wait another month after getting home to pay Idaho tax. We just felt a little misled. Probably our own fault for not asking the right SPECIFIC question. Just recommend that your sales staff maybe go a little out of their way to make sure country bumpkins like ourselves understand up front that "certified warrantee" carries a separate, not insignificant, price sticker. Second, we had come down a week earlier to look at the car and drive it after seeing it on the internet and talking with sales. We liked it, but had concerns about buying a hybrid as we knew very little about them. We were on a tight schedule and had to get back to Idaho and decided we needed to take a day or two to do a little more homework to get comfortable with hybrid reliability and maintenance issues. When I informed our sales person, who, after assuring us that hybrid technology -- especially of the Toyota variety -- is well advanced and very reliable, stated that he could probably take an additional $200 off the price if we wanted to take the car. I thanked him and explained we just wanted to have a night to sleep on it and we would call back with our decision (which we did the next morning). We assumed that the price would be the "minus $200" offered just before we left. Turned out to be a bad assumption. Third, it wasn't until we got on the highway and had gone 10 miles or so and were going through the paperwork that we noticed the certified odometer reading on all the official documents we signed said 37,603. The actual miles at that point were nearly 1200 more than that. A couple hundred difference would be no big deal and understandable because people test drive cars -- but when you get over a thousand, that is pushing the boundaries a bit I would think. Suggest that someone verify the ACTUAL miles on the odometer at time of sale and make sure that is what goes on the sales/legal documents. Fourth -- and maybe this is just nit picky at this point, but perhaps you will be able to understand given the above -- every time we have purchased a car from a dealer before, they have always turned it over to us with a full tank of gas. We noticed as we pulled onto the highway after leaving your lot that we had just 1/4 tank. That was a little disappointing, especially given that we paid the full asking price (no $200 discount) in cash, drove all the way from Idaho Falls to pick the car up (and had to drive back same distance), and got hit for an extra $1500 we had not expected or planned on. It just would have been kind of a classy thing you might consider for future customers. Thank you for reading this all the way through and thank you for giving consideration to what we hope is constructive criticism that may be of value to you down the road. We wish you the very best and we really are happy with the car. In spite of how it may sound above, we would still come back and visit you at a future time when we are in the market for a car again...we would just know the right questions to ask :o) Respectfully, Jake & Carolyn Dustin More

The only place where they fell down a little was that we couldn't find our service rep and the others we asked didn't seem interested in finding out the status of our vehicle. It was about 20 minutes later than the estimate for completion. I didn't deal with the sales department this visit, but in the past I didn't think they were up front and honest in their dealings with me and that is the reason for the lower rating. More
