In fact, I had recently been rear-ended a few weeks before I came in, and a plastic bracket had broken on my rear bumper during the accident. The crew showed me the damage and replaced the plastic fastener with a much more durable bolt--for no cost. That was impressive. I'll be back! Steve Webber More
