Cutting Edge!...almost Very impressive service. Within an hour of dropping off my car I received a text including a video walk-thru assessment of my car by a technician. He Very impressive service. He pointed out a few things about my car that I didn't know and gave a great overall assessment. I was impressed, to say the least! However, when I clicked on the phone number provided on the video to request additional services recommended in the video the technician that answered didn't know what I was taking about and transferred me to another line where I waited on hold only to talk to another person that seemingly didn't know anything about the recommended services in my video assessment and couldn't answer any of my questions. Really cool idea! But needs some trouble shooting. More

They gave me an hour long timeframe to do just that. They ended up finishing within 45 minutes. More
