This was one of the "major" service requirements and I was told 3-4 hours. Everything was done by that time and John made sure the "extra" item or two I asked to be checked were done and service rendered as appropriate after checking for my go-ahead. I have been having my Toyota cars serviced by Brent Brown Toyota for more than ten years and the service keep getting better. Thanks. More

Got everything done and on time too The past several times I have been in, they have given me an estimate for how long it would take, and they have been within 10 minutes every time. I have been with this dealership since 2000, and for years they were never even close, so I love that they are so much better now. Additionally, I had to switch my appointment to a different day, and whoever made the switch for me didn't record it, so they weren't expecting me. They fit me in anyway and still stuck to the time estimate. More

Friendly service and on time There was a line when I brought my pick up in but I was met first by a friendly young woman who assured me that they would be taking care of me soon. Then John Goodman came out and proceeded to do verify the reason for my visit (recall) and quickly got me in my way. He called in the afternoon when my vehicle was finished. Terrible experience at every point From top to bottom, a pack of liars here. My experience here has seriously soured me on w ever buying from a large dealership again. Save yourself the trouble and go to another dealership. I purchased a 2005 F150 Super crewcab here last year. This was the worst decision I have ever made. There were plenty of red flags that the shifty babyfaced salesman (I think his name was Shad) put up, plus I didn't do all of the proper research like an informed consumer should, so I accept that at least half of the blame is on me. However, while setting up the financing for the truck, the finance officer (I think his name was Jared) told me that "no bank would authorize a loan on a high mileage vehicle without a warranty". So I purchased a warranty. I later looked up that exact phrase he said to me and one of the first results is that this a well known scam perpetrated by lying car dealerships. The bank that financed this later confirmed that no warranty requirement exists. I recently decided that I no longer wanted the truck, so I looked up the VIN # to get a good estimate on the value. This is when I got another surprise. I was told that the truck was a 5.4 liters v8 engine. I didn't think to dispute this since there is an F150 5.4 liter tag on the side. But according to carfax and NADA, the truck is actually a 4.6 liter engine. After looking over the paperwork and the tags i on the truck i confirmed that it actually is 4.6. This significantly drops the value. But I paid the 5.4 liters value. I'm now out several thousand dollars in my effort to resell this truck and there will most likely be no real consequence for anyone involved at Brent Brown. Congratulations folks! You really screwed over an honest, hard worker who just wanted to buy a truck. I'll make sure to let everyone I ever come in contact with to never buy a vehicle here. More
