Great Salesmen - Average sales process Most people are weary of dealerships because of the pushy salesmen and over pricing of the cars. We walked in knowing which car we wanted, and having done our research so that made for a more pleasant experience. The salesman was excellent and very attentive. I wish the salesman was the one who walks you through the whole ordeal, but you're sent to a financial representative and a care representative, and that's when they try to sell you on maintenance deals and extra protection on your car. At one point the financial representative snapped at my husband for refusing the maintenance deals that were supposed to be so amazing. And the one major problem was that the financial representative did not direct any questions to me, and only seemed to want to deal with my husband. I don't know if it's because I'm a woman, and everyone assumes the man takes care of the car, but it was really unpleasant. I was the one with all the questions, and with all the research, and still I am the one who takes the cars in to get oil changes, check-ups, and repairs. Yet, while I explained that I did not want the extended warranty packages on a car that not five minutes ago the salesman had told me was the most reliable car on the market, the financial representative dismissed me and deferred to my husband for an answer, who also said, "No." I can't say enough good things about our salesman, he's been very attentive even after having purchased the car. He was easy going and willing to let us drive all the cars they had on the lot, until we found the right one. He listened to us, and found us a car that we love. I really wish the whole sales experience went through him till the very end. We loved working with him, and if we needed another car at any point, we would definitely come back just to work with him. The dealership is clean and good at doing what dealers do. It's not anywhere near as bad as Larry H. Miller's Used Car dealership. That's a dealership you can and should avoid at all costs. More

The tech found a couple of issues and I was able to forward the video to my husband for him to view himself so I didn't have to try and explain the situation. I've never had a repair shop extend this kind of service and it was very helpful. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was very friendly and knowledgeable. Toyota Care 10,000 Mile I set up schedule on line, which did not register with the Service Dept. Service technician said that was OK, she helped me anyway....
