This particular time things went well I took our car in to have the safety and emissions done. It was done in under an hour and they also fixed a small chip in the windshield. This was one time we've seen "above and beyond" service from Brent Brown dealership in Orem. We've appreciated the free shuttle service in the past too. We've had an ongoing problem for the past year that still hasn't been resolved so it was nice to have a good experience this time. More

It could have been a been a serious and expensive bearing, or a simple alignment issue. I brought my laptop and worked comfortably from the waiting area, while they diagnosed and fixed my car.. The free wifi and tables turned an inconvenient visit into valuable work time. in the end, it was tires and alignment. John is honest, friendly, and caring. He made sure I got the service that was necessary. I appreciate the honesty at Brent Brown and the quality customer service. They do, however, need more outlets in their waiting area. More
