Manu was a very pleasant and helpful representative. Manu was very helpful. However, after my car was serviced, he assured me that the service notice had been reset. It turns out that the computer was not reset, so ever I am reminded with every start up that "maintenance is required." I will return, when I find the time to have this notice removed. Manu is not responsible for this oversight. I was so pleased with his service, I will seek him out every time I bring my car in for service. I will ask for him when I call for an appointment. More

My only complaint is that you do not wash our cars. Other establishments and of other makes of car give a complimentary car wash every time it goes in for a service. They wash it there for you, well someone does. My daughter just visited from Nevada and was very disappointed that her car was still dirty when she picked it up as in NV they always wash it. My husband Guy used to own a Honda and he also said the one thing he misses is that at BBT they never wash the car. He is thinking of going back to Ken Garf and Honda when his current lease is up. I have still got a year and a bit to go on mine. Thanks, Robby More

5000 mile maintenance I came in for my first free maintenance check in my new rav4. Appointments were easy to schedule, and change as I need that too. When my vehicle was ready they called and picked me up. Overall the experience was painless and I have no worries about returning there for my next service appointment. I know I'll be taken care of.
