went to the dealership for parts ie lift, tires, brush guard, rock rails. Took an entire day which wasn't the problem. The salesman did not give me paperwork and a paid receipt for the work done and wh guard, rock rails. Took an entire day which wasn't the problem. The salesman did not give me paperwork and a paid receipt for the work done and when I went back to the dealership, he totally ignored me and acted like he didn't know me. I guess I should have taken my husband with me, which is so sad that women can't trust a dealership to handle their transaction with respect and professionalism. He gives them all a bad name. I just hope I can save even one woman from having the pathetic experience I had. In all fairness, this has been several years ago so maybe things have changed, but frankly I recommend looking elsewhere for your parts and accessories. More

I drove down from Clinton, UT to look at a Toyota Tundra I saw on the dealership website. I brought my Toyota Tacoma which I was going to trade in as long as I found the right truck. I got there and met the I saw on the dealership website. I brought my Toyota Tacoma which I was going to trade in as long as I found the right truck. I got there and met the salesman I had talked to on the phone. First thing I noticed was the dealership was amazing looking inside. Anyway the salesman grabbed the keys and told me to take as long as I wanted to go test drive the Tundra while they looked at my Tacoma. The Tundra was awesome. I came back and got very close to what I was hoping for on my truck. We had no problems coming to a price agreement on the Tundra. Went over extra preventative maintenance and warranty items, got financed, signed the papers and had a new 2013 Toyota Tundra. I did not feel any pressure from anybody in there and this whole process was very stress free. One huge relief I have is that the truck has a lift and new tires and wheels which were all put on by the dealership. This truck is also a "Toyota Certified Used" truck. My Tacoma was also "Toyota Certified Used". My Tacoma was a 2007 and I traded it in here in 2014. I can say I never had one problem with it at all, but it is such a relief knowing you have a "Toyota Certified Used" vehicle. I am a very happy customer. More

My 2008 4Runner has received excellent service each time at Brent Brown. They even recently corrected 2 driver errors without charging: dash lights not working because rheostat had been bumped; rear wiper at Brent Brown.
