I was told my oil change and tire rotation would take 1 1/2 hours. They said they were busy and it would take longer. 2 1/2 hours later it still wasn’t done. No one came and told if the delay. Nothing special, we did some research on what car we wanted beforehand, Sean Carson just seemed to be pushing us along. We didn't feel that anyone cared about our experience and it did bug us that we we wanted beforehand, Sean Carson just seemed to be pushing us along. We didn't feel that anyone cared about our experience and it did bug us that we were offered some warranty's and only after declining those were we offered a lower price for being Costco members. Why not start with that? Kind of felt like people were just trying to get the most money out of us that they could. Not that they actually wanted to help us. More
