The service manager was great. I tired to reach about some aftermarket accessories and additional warranty/protection plans above and beyond Toyota Warranty’s. I did get some answers from the finance department that basically stated additional warranty/protection plans above and beyond Toyota Warranty’s. I did get some answers from the finance department that basically stated the same things about those addons on the day I bought the truck. I then contacted the company(Steve Wade, National Auto Care) and found the “loopholes” of the vehicle add-ons and extra plans. The last 2 weeks have kept me busy doing that and not getting much help from Orem Toyota after I first spoke with Wade(Dealer Manager, and Nate(Finance). But that being said, spending an extra 20-25% premium on the truck price is excessive. I’ve waited to submit this review in hopes that the dealer would be more willing and transparent about the issues I had. But I like the truck and will contact National Auto Care and Steven Wade to attempt to remove the additional “$18,000” that made my 72,000 purchase, $90,000 Respectfully, Jesse Cicon 925-724-6676 More
