My experience at Orem Toyota was with mixed feelings. I took my 17 Toyota Tacoma in for an oil change and they recommended transmission service because of the mileage. Later that night, I realized that my transmission was pouring transmission fluid out and realized that they must’ve forgot to put something back on, obviously. I called on the next day, which was a Saturday talk to the Service writer, which she advised me that there were no openings for me to bring it in that day that I would have to wait until Monday to bring it in and she suggested that I go and rent a car out of my own pocket And have it towed in out of my own pocket, which was not right. I called back Monday morning talk to the service advisor that I went to originally on Friday, which his name is Joel Kitchen he was very professional about it. I told him what was wrong and he arranged a tour right away to get it back to Toyota to find out what the problem was. It was towed in to Toyota or Toyota. I went down talk to Adam Service Manager and he accompanied me back to the service bay to watch the service technician drain what was left in my transmission to see if there was enough fluid in there to keep it running so we did drain that they had enough so they advised me that they were going to refill the transmission detail the undercarriage of my truck, which was covered in oil And sent someone out to my home to clean my driveway. Someone came out clean my driveway, which I appreciate it very much. I picked up my truck and no detail was done whatsoever. That’s where the problem is. They did not even cleaned undercarriage of my vehicle so all in all my experience at or Toyota mixed like I said Cleaning under a carriage of my truck was a lease their problems so in conclusion yes I will use or Toyota again, but next time I will be more detailed oriented to make sure that everything is done prior to me leaving after I pick up my truck thank you. More

Our car won't start unless we drive it ten miles a day. We did drive it 10 miles, all the way to American Fork and back. They replaced the 12 volt battery, again. At least we hope they actually did replace it, this time because the first time they said they replaced it, but didn't actually do it. Until the second time. When they apologized for not replacing it the first time and replaced it, supposedly. But I have lost all confidence in the service department because I think they're lying to me, again. More

Joel was excellent with the capital E! He really helped me figure out the best option for me and it was nice that he ran around doing all the legwork.
