The Brent Brown dealership talks a good talk and, generally, walks the walk. But I’m frustrated at how many days I have to wait for a service appointment. Also, at least one service coordinator has done poorly at informing this customer on the status of of his vehicle. He seems irritated at my asking him to stay in touch. He has ignored requests for updates. If there were another Toyota dealership within 25 miles, I’d take my car anywhere but Brent Brown; I may do so anyway. More
The people that work there are very nice. However, they have never been able to “duplicate” the problem with my lift gate; therefore it never gets fixed. Last time, it got stuck open at the SLC Airport, And security was not happy when I could not get it to close with the opener button. He forced it shut so I could drive down the road. I am seriously thinking my $2000 platinum warranty is worthless. All they can do is open and close it multiple times trying to duplicate the problem. More

Dealership said they can give me a more in-depth diagnostic. It was the same report I received from other places for free. They still made me pay the diagnostic fee. Very disappointed.
