Overall is was a very good experience with lots of employees in the service department, however after being greeted quickly I was left standing there waiting for about 5 minutes for someone that I bel employees in the service department, however after being greeted quickly I was left standing there waiting for about 5 minutes for someone that I believe was named Jamie or something like that. Jamie appeared to be busying at his computer station and helping the customer in front of me.while at least 10 other employees where all there doing who knows what. I was surprised that will all of those employees that were there only Jamie could talk to me and assign the service number. Other than that the experience was great. I don't believe that I worked with anyone in your Service dept list but I could not proceed without selecting someone so I selected them all :( More

I made an appointment for Friday at 4pm on the Toyota app. When I showed up I was told that the maintenance that was required, required the truck to come in in the mornings. Wish the app or someone could have caught that and save me two long trips to the dealer since I live 3 hours away. But was able to borrow a vehicle that was nice. More

Needs to improve when leaving customers on hold over the phone. They let me on hold for almost an hour and I never got transferred. Then I called again and they did not pick up my call at all.
