I went in for an oil change. I wore a mask per Covid pandemic. I was looking in the show room and a sales person approached without a mask and was way to close. I’ve always had a good experience their and I think they need to take the pandemic far more serious. Let me be clear. I really like Brent Brown I would be hesitant to return with high Covid numbers. Always ahead of the projected time it would take to complete. Usually the time takes only about half of what is projected. I would have been really angry if I was forced to schedule another appointment. But Skyler took the reigns and told me to bring it in with no appointment.
