These guys run a good shop! I drive a 2011 Prius, and it's been a great car! After 258,000+ miles and a replaced Hybrid Battery, the engine needed replacing. Mo Afu, the Asst. Service Manager, helped us handle this traumatic event with class and professionalism. The trouble with the engine was initially mis-diagnosed. He owned the error, helped us to understand the process, and ultimately helped us to control the cost, and made sure the job was done well and completely. These guys run a good shop! More

Moe explained what was going to be done, provided an approximate time it would take and asked me if I needed a ride somewhere or if I was going to wait for the vehicle. I didn't need a ride though. Moe called me around the estimated time it would take to service my car. He explained what was done and also informed my that my rear brakes were getting low and should be replaced. He had the price ready for me so I could decide what I wanted to do. I decided to replace my rear brake. He would call me when that was completed so I can pick up my car. I picked up my vehicle after receiving a call from Moe. He explained what was done and reviewed the paperwork with me. It was very simple, easy, and quick to schedule my service, have my vehicle checked in, have it serviced. Won't take my car anywhere else. More
Service Center has changed I am not sure what has happened in the Service Center. I think there is a big employee turn over in the past 2 years. The quality has gone down. I like to have a brief review of my upcoming service. This is not happening like before. I like to be called as soon as my work is done. (I wait at the dealer.) Before being called, after the quoted time has passed I go to the desk and I most of the time my paperwork is sitting there. I have two Toyota's serviced at the dealership. I used to always get a car wash voucher every visit. The dealership still advertises car wash vouchers with Service Package. Both of our cars have a Service Packages. I have not received a car wash voucher for 2 years. Always the excuse that they do not have them. I went to the dealership this past Monday, no vouchers. More
