Service Center has changed I am not sure what has happened in the Service Center. I think there is a big employee turn over in the past 2 years. The quality has gone down. I like to have a brief review of my upcoming service. This is not happening like before. I like to be called as soon as my work is done. (I wait at the dealer.) Before being called, after the quoted time has passed I go to the desk and I most of the time my paperwork is sitting there. I have two Toyota's serviced at the dealership. I used to always get a car wash voucher every visit. The dealership still advertises car wash vouchers with Service Package. Both of our cars have a Service Packages. I have not received a car wash voucher for 2 years. Always the excuse that they do not have them. I went to the dealership this past Monday, no vouchers. More

This piece of plastic I'm referring to is what holds the passenger side fog light. It broke and the entire light fell back into the housing. If this part is usually reliable then is it not a faulty part and should fall under warranty? I pay the premium service package and warranty every month and to be told its going to cost $200 for the light and $150 for labor comes across like the dealership is trying to take advantage of their customers. I've had good repore with Toyota up until today and it's really disappointing because I take pride in my Tacoma. -Steven More

This may seem like a small problem to you, but it isn't to me. Mask wearing is voluntary in this state, but I will take my business elsewhere because this shows a disregard for the safety of people who are at risk. More

Efficient Service I was greeted in the service line by a young lady who made sure I knew what my position was in the line to see Moe. I made my reservation on-line and I was greeted in the service line by a young lady who made sure I knew what my position was in the line to see Moe. I made my reservation on-line and was a little early, but Moe met me very quickly. I had received an email notice of servicing needed, so I scheduled the suggested services and mentioned that my mileage was still very low. I was going on a long trip in the car. Moe made sure that the only things done to my car were items needing to be checked before my trip and made sure I have a sticker to tell me when I need to take my car in again for suggested services.
