Totally unresponsive Customer Service The Service department is terrific. Kyle (a new employee) was very cooperative and tried to get my Customer Service problem resolved but, once again, The Service department is terrific. We were misinformed as to what this covered. We thought it covered buffing out small scratches Andy rock chips. Had we known it only covered oxidization and dents, we would not have purchased it. You need to make sure your customers are completely aware of the services that are covered. More

Broke my hood prop, and put my tires on wrong Got my oil changed, and left for a long drive up north. 3 hours later my car stars vibrating under the hood. Pull over, and the clip that holds the ho Got my oil changed, and left for a long drive up north. 3 hours later my car stars vibrating under the hood. Pull over, and the clip that holds the hood prop up is broken and taped on! The mechanic broke my hood prop and put a piece of tape on it, which of course fell off. Then the next week, while I'm waiting (took 2 weeks for them to get the little part, and the first time they ordered the hood prop, not the clip to hold the hood prop) my front left tire starts making weird noises. I take it to my local mechanic, who tells me the lug nuts were improperly tightened, and they could have come off any time. This could have resulted in my death, and they won't respond to my email about the situation. More
