Attention to detail I was disappointed after the airbag recall work on the Avalon to find out that the sliding cordless charge pad would no longer slide up and down smoot I was disappointed after the airbag recall work on the Avalon to find out that the sliding cordless charge pad would no longer slide up and down smoothly. I had to reschedule an appointment to bring the car back to get that fixed. They discovered that they had not tucked away some wires well after the recall work, and the wires were blocking the sliding action. When I picked the car up this second time, I was driving away when I discovered that my Eco/Norm/Sport buttons and my Seat A/C knobs were not working. I figured someone had forgotten to reconnect the wiring harness for these, so I went right back to the dealer. Thankfully, someone was there who jumped right into the car, removed the drink holders, found the harness and reconnected it. I am disappointed in the lack of attention to such small details, and it makes me very unlikely to take my car in to Brent Brown again. More

Usually there is NO issues I LOVE BRENT BROWN however when I took my truck to get checked the service department said they couldn't rotate my tires unless they changed the oil ?
