We wanted to have a hitch installed, and so left it there and were told it would be re We purchased a new Rav4 hybrid on Tuesday from the dealership. We wanted to have a hitch installed, and so left it there and were told it would be ready in the next two days. On Thursday, we called and were told they had neglected to order the right parts, but that it should be ready on Saturday or Monday at the latest. At that point we were told that the hitch was in and if we wanted to, we could come and get the car until the additional part arrived. We opted to leave it at the dealership. We heard nothing on Saturday, and then Monday evening we called again. Whoever we spoke with said that it would be ready the next day. On Tuesday, we went by to see what was going on. No one had even started with the hitch, although it was in the garage. Tuesday evening we finally got a text saying that the car was ready to be picked up More
