Said they did services on our receipt but couldn’t give us any information about it: complimentary alignment- but no paperwork or info, said customer regulated multi point inspection (which we did not) and us any information about it: complimentary alignment- but no paperwork or info, said customer regulated multi point inspection (which we did not) and was gone over with customer- nothing was said to us upon picking up vehicle. We only took vehicle in to service airbag recall. Don’t lie on your customer receipts! Not impressed at all. Have had other experiences that weren’t positive with this dealer. More
Probably one of the worst auto service experiences I've had to date ever. Came in knowing I had a power steering leak in a hose, I wasn't sure if that was in the actual hose or a sealing issue that was had to date ever. My "Advisor" was Kyle Belk, I told him my problem and he said "it's going to be 120$ but I will make sure my guy goes in and tightens and cleans everything up as well as find the source of the leak. It will be around 2 hours." 120$ to check on that? Alright expensive but if you can find the source of the problem or fix it fine by me. 3 and half hours later he calls me saying I will need a new hose. I go out and he starts explaining to me what's going on, luckily I know cars and could tell there was obvious holes and issues with what he was telling me and it was going to be an 850$ fix on top of the 120$. I started to question the obvious lies he was telling me and Kyle started getting defensive and made less and less sense and his story continued to fall apart. Turns out they didn't even find the source of the leak it's an obvious sealing issue which I can fix myself. After a while of going back and forth and mind you I was keeping it very respectful he kicked me out and says they don't want my business. Terrible company, terrible service, not worth your time and money. Who knows the amount of people they screw over that have no idea about cars. More
