Not good. I dealt with Dan who was rude from the start. No hello. No how can I help you. just wanted to know what I wanted and acted as if me being there was an inconvenience. Ever since I purchased it, my understanding was oil changes were needed every 5,000 miles. With this servicing, though, I was told oil changes for my Highlander were only required every 10,000 miles.
