Kyle Belk is terrific Kyle Belk was terrific to work with, and did the best he could within the framework he has to work in, but the Brent Brown service department, was onc Kyle Belk was terrific to work with, and did the best he could within the framework he has to work in, but the Brent Brown service department, was once again, the worst Toyota service department we have ever used. We go to Brent Brown Service Department, only when we really have to. Even though we buy cars, trucks and SUVs there, which is always a good experience, we often take the cars to other Toyota Dealer's in Salt Lake for service. Waiting 1.5 to 3 hours for a simple scheduled maintenance service (WITH AN APPOINTMENT FIRST THING IN THE MORNING) (which has always been the norm for us at Brent Brown) is bad. It takes 30-40 minutes at Karl Malone Toyota or Mark Miller Toyota just walking in without an appointment. Brent Brown has been the same for years, at least 15 years. It has been the same ever since we started buying cars there and going there for service. Baffling. More

Recall Notice As far as I know everything went fine. The service appeared to be great. They were very accomidating and helpful. I don't know who did the service and don't know how it was done so have no way of saying. However. On my way home, I went to get something out of the box between the front seats only to find out that the whole container had been gone through and a roll of coins and a pocket knife were missing. I know it had been gone thru because on my way there I put a couple of things in the container to get them out of the way. When I opened it on my way home everything was out of order and just thrown in and the things mentioned above were missing. The pocket knife was a Victorinox Ranger which cost about $55 and the roll of coins was $10. I think it is unfortunate that one cannot trust those that they entrust their vehicles to. I do not know if the box had to be emptied to do the work or not, but it was emptied out. So would I recommend the service? Probably but with the warning to not leave anything valuable in your car. More
