It was for a simple airbag replacement, which I knew was going to take a good c I had a really great experience with Zeke and Co. over at Brent Brown. It was for a simple airbag replacement, which I knew was going to take a good chunk of the day—thankfully UDOT buses have a station nearby both the dealership and my apartment, but Zeke still asked if I needed a ride! It was a VERY kind gesture that I deeply appreciated, despite it not being wholly necessary. I have been very dissatisfied with the time to get a scheduled oil change completed. Some of the time it was 2-3 hours. Last week I brought in my Tundra and was greated by Milani Hedquist. She was extremely welcoming and happy. Before I could ask about how long it would be to complete, she said "How about I get this done in an hour and 15 minutes max!" I said that would be fantastic. Not only did she follow throuigh with her promis, she had my truck done in 45 minutes. I have never had such a great experience with your service department. Milani is a "Rockstar"! More
