I called in the late evening to see if I could still pick up my car because they were close to closing and I was up the street and the main desk operator kept putting me back to service and they would not answer my phone. I called and explained that I needed to talk to someone because I live 40 minutes away and would prefer to pick up and she continued to put me back to voice mail. I picked up the car on Saturday and Mike Sosa was willing to listen to me and I appreciated his time as well, he went with me to look at the tires on my car but I still do not know if my struts need to be replaced and how much the cost for this and the CV axles. We drive to SLC for cancer treatments and I need to be sure that we are safe. I bought a new Jeep Cherokee because I did not want to deal with things any longer by buying a Highlander with the service department. I used to get the best service and always had good things to say and was so thankful and over and since the last service manager (last name Brown) left I have hated coming here but only service with dealers for my car. More
Got everything foxed My car had a recall so I took it in. I also asked them about a noise my car was making so they were able to fix that and the recalled parts! Second time in a row service was horrible Last service, the service department claimed the radiator on my Sienna was leaking and needed to be replaced. It wasn't and had been replaced 3 years Last service, the service department claimed the radiator on my Sienna was leaking and needed to be replaced. It wasn't and had been replaced 3 years earlier when it was. This time, they put Toyota oil in my Tacoma instead of Mobil 1 synthetic. This really bothered me as I've been using Mobil 1 exclusively for years and paid BBT extra for synthetic on their oil change package and this was the 2nd of three in the current package. I caught the error on the invoice and ended up waiting two hours total for a simple oil change as they had to drain the oil and start over. I'm so frustrated I'm going to have the oil in my truck tested this week to see if they really changed it to Mobil 1. Major two thumbs down. Oh yea, your free car wash apology was laughable. More
