Tire leak Initial patch didn't work for a slow leak. "Can't patch over a patch." So two new tires needed. Specified the wrong tire to be replaced. Didn't have the Michelin tires in the right size (but did have them in the wrong size that was initially specified, which causes one to wonder.) Multiple calls that weren't returned through the day. Oil change. When I made the appointment told it would take an hour. When I arrived told it would take an hour and a half. Telephone hours later my car is ready but still didn’t have my paper work ready for me to leave. Sorry doesn’t cut it when I am on a time schedule too. Plus am told they are not use to working on a traverse which I bought from you. Then don’t offer free oil services on cars you are not familiar with. More
