Not calling when ready I bought a new truck and had wheels and tires on and was told it was going to be fully functional with the lift wheels and tires. Turns out I can’t use the Pre-collision feature. And when they put the new stuff on my tire pressure sensors didn’t work. I was the first customer to have this issue. They said they would order new ones and will be fixed soon. 5 months pass and they never called about them showing up. when I took my truck to get an oil change, I asked them where the sensors were. “Oh we ran out of those sensors”. I want my new truck to be fully functional. Finally took me to yell at them for them to call the guy and order more. They finally called and said bring your truck in when you can and we will put them on ASAP. It took way too long for that. More

Disappointed Ziek new I was at the Cancer Institute in SLC and I asked him to have specific things looked at and this was not done. They had the car all day. I called in the late evening to see if I could still pick up my car because they were close to closing and I was up the street and the main desk operator kept putting me back to service and they would not answer my phone. I called and explained that I needed to talk to someone because I live 40 minutes away and would prefer to pick up and she continued to put me back to voice mail. I picked up the car on Saturday and Mike Sosa was willing to listen to me and I appreciated his time as well, he went with me to look at the tires on my car but I still do not know if my struts need to be replaced and how much the cost for this and the CV axles. We drive to SLC for cancer treatments and I need to be sure that we are safe. I bought a new Jeep Cherokee because I did not want to deal with things any longer by buying a Highlander with the service department. I used to get the best service and always had good things to say and was so thankful and over and since the last service manager (last name Brown) left I have hated coming here but only service with dealers for my car. More
