This time it was good. This dealership is all about pressuring you into a sale. I drove up north to just not go to them. I understand a sales men but all they care about if This dealership is all about pressuring you into a sale. I drove up north to just not go to them. I understand a sales men but all they care about if that sale not you. And this is over multiply experience not just one. Plus I have questions I ask over the phone and there never very helpful that way. Plus they were suppose to call me to let me know when my recall part came in, yeah they never did. Once I got in for the recall the one lady who helped me there was awesome So not all bad but I wouldn’t recommend plus they have given me the lowest trade in values over any other dealership. More
Not the best experience Had an appt but still had to wait over 2 hours. The guy that checked me in was still in training I think so I’m trying to take that in consideration. But there was no talk about my vehicle, no explanation was given about what was done in the service, no recommendations were given. I wasn’t asked if I had any questions. There was no explanation or even acknowledgement of the extra wait time. Is was just “here’s your keys goodbye.” More
Got everything foxed My car had a recall so I took it in. I also asked them about a noise my car was making so they were able to fix that and the recalled parts! Second time in a row service was horrible Last service, the service department claimed the radiator on my Sienna was leaking and needed to be replaced. It wasn't and had been replaced 3 years Last service, the service department claimed the radiator on my Sienna was leaking and needed to be replaced. It wasn't and had been replaced 3 years earlier when it was. This time, they put Toyota oil in my Tacoma instead of Mobil 1 synthetic. This really bothered me as I've been using Mobil 1 exclusively for years and paid BBT extra for synthetic on their oil change package and this was the 2nd of three in the current package. I caught the error on the invoice and ended up waiting two hours total for a simple oil change as they had to drain the oil and start over. I'm so frustrated I'm going to have the oil in my truck tested this week to see if they really changed it to Mobil 1. Major two thumbs down. Oh yea, your free car wash apology was laughable. More
