Second time in a row service was horrible Last service, the service department claimed the radiator on my Sienna was leaking and needed to be replaced. It wasn't and had been replaced 3 years Last service, the service department claimed the radiator on my Sienna was leaking and needed to be replaced. It wasn't and had been replaced 3 years earlier when it was. This time, they put Toyota oil in my Tacoma instead of Mobil 1 synthetic. This really bothered me as I've been using Mobil 1 exclusively for years and paid BBT extra for synthetic on their oil change package and this was the 2nd of three in the current package. I caught the error on the invoice and ended up waiting two hours total for a simple oil change as they had to drain the oil and start over. I'm so frustrated I'm going to have the oil in my truck tested this week to see if they really changed it to Mobil 1. Major two thumbs down. Oh yea, your free car wash apology was laughable. More

Recall They were nice but kept my car all day for a job that took less than 3 hours and they didn’t tell me anything. I don’t care what kind of customer comes in the bare minimum should be to tell them what you did and if there were any problems. More
