Service appt. I felt like the guy helping didnt know what he was doing. I sat in my car in the garage for 10 mins before being helped. They didn't put a sticker in I felt like the guy helping didnt know what he was doing. I sat in my car in the garage for 10 mins before being helped. They didn't put a sticker in my window to remind me of my next appointment. They didnt reset my maintenance light. He did not over over the papers he had me sign. He just showed me where to sign hiding the paper work. Makes me not trust that everything was done as he said was. Not very happy at this visit. More

Disorganized I only needed to get the emissions done on my car, and it should have maybe taken 30 minutes tops, but I was there for 2 hours. Rip off Tied to sell me a 600.00 (599.00) service deal which I didn't need. Told me I needed some filters replaced. I asked how much?
