Took too long! I came in for a standard maintenance (tire rotation and oil change). My appointment was at 9:50 AM and I left the services department at 12:30 PM. How does an oil change and tire rotation take that long? Your ability to schedule appointments needs to be improved greatly. The best part was working with Milani. She was very nice and had to apologize for the long delay on more than one occasion. If I came back, she'd be the only service manager i'd choose to work with. More

Great staff, poor booking practices Mike was great and explained things well. The team was way overbooked and I had to wait for two and a half hours for my tires to be replaced and alig Mike was great and explained things well. The team was way overbooked and I had to wait for two and a half hours for my tires to be replaced and aligned. Lucky I brought my office and had wifi there. My tires had to be replaced because, "Somehow your tires got out of alignment and it destroyed your front tires." Considering that I bring my car in very frequently for recommended service, I'd think that someone on the service team would have noticed the poor alignment before my tires went bald. That was $300 I couldn't afford. Deb More

Service appt. I felt like the guy helping didnt know what he was doing. I sat in my car in the garage for 10 mins before being helped. They didn't put a sticker in my window to remind me of my next appointment. They didnt reset my maintenance light. He did not over over the papers he had me sign. He just showed me where to sign hiding the paper work. Makes me not trust that everything was done as he said was. Not very happy at this visit. More
