I understand that appointments help Brett Brown, but they're inconvenient for customers. competitors don't even mention having to have an appointment and it is super nice. The prices seem to keep going up. Getting my car detailed is now more than double what it used to cost, because they said they did a market analysis and realize that they could charge more. Again, not customer-focused. The shuttle service can be super slow. Other dealerships use ride-sharing. There is terrible cell phone coverage for AT&t inside their showroom. they try to call me to let me know my car is done and I can't receive the calls. They don't speak clearly on the intercom. They need to remove some TVs from some of the waiting areas. Some people don't want a TV blaring while they wait. I spoke to a salesman about looking at the new Prius, and he said he would come and find me in a few minutes and pull a Prius up to the front so I could test drive it. I was there six hours and they never came and looked for me. That's just stupid because I'm in the market for a new Prius. Do they want to sell cars or not? His name was Ismael. What happened to Mike the service manager? He was amazing. He was focused on the customers instead of the needs of Brent Brown. More

Kind and Patient I'm new to this whole maintenance thing with cars and was really unsure about what I needed to do and the car service lady I spoke with was really pat I'm new to this whole maintenance thing with cars and was really unsure about what I needed to do and the car service lady I spoke with was really patient and understanding as I tried to explain my needs, She was really helpful and offered me additional tips to help me in my life with cars. I feel like the separate product pieces part of Brent Brown Toyota charges too much and is maybe ripping customers off, but as far as car customer service, I was pleased. More

Too long! When I signed in, I was told that Kyle I think was going to be managing my service but they couldn't find him. After waiting for a few minutes, Alma (?) said she'd take over. I was there for my new car's 5000 mile service but my car has only 2700 miles so I said not to change the oil or rotate the tires and I would bring it back when it had 5000 miles. I did agree to the multi-point inspection and asked them to pump up the tires to 44 lbs so they would last a little longer. She said it would take 45 min. tops. I ate my lunch and watched TV and lost track of time. When i realized it had been 90 min. i walked out to the service bay. My car was there with the door open and nobody in it. After 5 min of waiting I asked and Alma and came bouncing out and said she was sorry for the long time but had had a distracting customer and rolled her eyes. My car had not been washed as I expect with a service. Alma was all smiles and sunshine but that does not make up for 90 min for a quick inspection and pumping up the tires. I don't know if I'll be back for the rest of the 2 year free service, to be honest. It seems to me that no one was paying any attention to my car and if I'd continued watching TV it would have been closing time before anyone noticed. More
Always on top of things I took my car in to get the tires changed and they had it done in one hour. The workers are always very friendly and super helpful! Great Service, Except For One Careless Item Great service, friendly, prompt. However, upon leaving I noticed my tire pressures had been inflated to 41, 45, 47, and 51. Service Your lazy oil tech didn’t bother to wipe up any of the oil that was drained from my 4Runner, so now I have a nice oil stain on the floor of my garage. Slow start turns into above and beyond I drove my Highlander into the service area for routine service. The lot personnel had greeted me, asked my name, and checked me in. They moved my vehicle up a couple of notches toward the front of the line but no one had come forward to ask me what I was in for until Mike saw me standing there, looking lost I suppose, He asked if I'd been served yet and was appalled that no one had come forward. He jumped in quickly, found out what I needed done, and directed me to the comfortable waiting area (complete with free popcorn and bottled water) and initiated service on my vehicle. I had mentioned a slow leak on one of my tires and during the rotation process they checked for a leak, tightened the valve core and fixed the leak.. The tire rotation was part of the new car purchase agreement, but the slow leak research and repair was unexpected and free of charge. Thanks Mike and service department. More
