Very positive experience I was at the expensive 90k mile service level for my Sequoia and was trying to anticipate the cost. There were a few additional services things that w I was at the expensive 90k mile service level for my Sequoia and was trying to anticipate the cost. There were a few additional services things that were connected to the various 90k mile services and soon my cost was much beyond my anticipated cost. Even though I knew it was my choice to accept the services and that the charges were legitimate to the services added, I still wanted to express my concerns and asked to speak to the service manager. I was very pleased with the attention I received and the sincerity in which I was listened to and of course, was pleased that the manager was willing to help me bring the cost more towards the anticipated cost. I still was higher than the anticipated cost, but I gained confidence in the honesty and manner in which I was treated. I was complemented as a customer that handled things properly, which was easy as I was treated professionally. More

Oil Change Plus We took our Sienna in for it’s 50,000 mile oil change and to check an electrical problem. The electrical problem was fixed with a new fuse. The oil change was done and service without incident. However, the van driver who took us home almost crashed into a car that was going too slow on the freeway and scared us. We used our other vehicle to go back to the dealer and pick up our Sienna. More
Service For the first time there was no additional "recommended" service suggested. The technician laid out what needed to be done and the cost. Representative was nice. Rep was really nice. It used to be that they explain to me what was going with with my car. And this was the 2nd time that nothing was explained to me Rep was really nice. Kyle was attentive to my needs for the Sienna.. I was glad the tire expert (can't think of his name) discussed my need to replace the original tires at 29,000 miles with winter around the corner.
