He tried to sell my wife a thousand dollars of service With only 29,000 miles on my Tundra, Kyle tried to talk my wife into a $1,000.00 service of items not mentioned in the owners manual. Items that were part of the 100,000 mile service on previous Toyotas that I have owned. We had to go back the next day when we realized that the "service required" light had not been reset. (And there was no car wash included) I should have paid better attention to my coupon from Karl Malone Toyota and had the same service done there for $20.00 less. I have tried to give you a second chance after you did not tighten the oil drain plug on my Land Cruiser several years ago and the oil all leaked out when we got it home. The make a good deal on your car purchase, but I am finished with your service dept. More
