Got the job done. The dealership is the closest Toyota dealership in our area but we wish there were others. They get the job done and do a good job on the car but we h The dealership is the closest Toyota dealership in our area but we wish there were others. They get the job done and do a good job on the car but we have felt that their other services are lacking. For example, this is the third time we use their shuttle services and it’s the third time they pick us up over an hour later than the time we asked them to. We would have understood if there was a problem, a flat tire, an accident etc. But they did not communicate with us, and when we call them to see what has happened or why there is a delay they just say they forgot. So then it takes another chunk of time for them to find someone and come and get us. This last time we also felt like they were trying to up-sell us. We were not interested in the product and yet the agent insisted that the up-sell was the only way the service is done. (We’ve had the car for three years. This was not accurate information.) It was not a positive experience. But at least the mechanics are good. We have no complaints about their work. More
