Bad break advise I came in for my regular service and afterwards was told I needed new brakes right away 1/32 left. I didn’t have time for the service so I went to ano I came in for my regular service and afterwards was told I needed new brakes right away 1/32 left. I didn’t have time for the service so I went to another place that does brakes. They looked at the brake pads and there was plenty of pad left. I’m not happy that a service was recommended when it was not yet needed. I probably will take my business elsewhere. My trust in Brent Brown service is gone. More

Not impressive. temp was over 90, I had dropped my wife off at IHOP, I walked over to eat lunch with her, she had been waiting 25 min by then. I called the dealership after our lunch and requested a quick pick up as IHOP is very close by, but it was very hot and didn't want her to have to walk to the dealership in the heat. We are mid 70's. As nobady could take 3 minutes to come and get us we walked, took us 30 min. I was offered a comp slip for a free car wash, when I asked if my car had been washed... I declined. 3 for 3 as I see it. don't think I'll buy from this dealership again. More

Great customer service I took my Highlander in for a check engine light. They discovered that my gas cap wasn't on tight and that caused the check engine warning. Even tho I took my Highlander in for a check engine light. They discovered that my gas cap wasn't on tight and that caused the check engine warning. Even though they ran the codes, they didn't charge me for the test. I'll bring my car back any time! And I love the shuttle service! More
