Quick and personal service I went for my biannual maintenance service and the lady assigned to me wasn't there but the one guy who was there took care of me immediately and had I went for my biannual maintenance service and the lady assigned to me wasn't there but the one guy who was there took care of me immediately and had a great attitude about it. He installed my windshield wiper inserts himself after the service. The finance department was able to answer an ad hoc question about my warranty coverage even though I didn't have an appointment. I've always had a great experience at Brent Brown! More
