I was told truck would be finished around 9:15 so waited and read. To my surprise it was finished much earlier, allowing me to get back home much sooner than expected. Amazing improvements We have come to this dealership for our vehicle maintenance for years. The service has been fine, enough that we come back. However, this visit everyt We have come to this dealership for our vehicle maintenance for years. The service has been fine, enough that we come back. However, this visit everything was SO much better. From the process of how they greeted me and gave me instructions, down to the popcorn being fresh inside. I felt their communication was better too with texts and an email video explaining repairs needed. I even noticed a difference in the process of where they parked my car when it was done so that I didn’t have to walk through the garage but could walk right out the front door making it so much easier not to drag my kids through the moving cars. I’m not sure who is responsible but I’m so grateful for the small improvements that made a big difference for this customer. More

SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD! OUR SERVICE AGENT WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND OUR CAR WAS READY AT ABOUT THE TIME THEY SAID IT WOULD BE READY.
