Once i came back the second time, the installed the new shock quicker than the initial time frame and all was good. More

Wonderful Service I have been to this location for repairs on multiple occasions. The first time, my case was assigned to an agent, who's name I do not remember and who I have been to this location for repairs on multiple occasions. The first time, my case was assigned to an agent, who's name I do not remember and who no longer works there. He was terrible. Luckily, he no showed for work on the day my repairs were suppose to happen. Despite the blunders of the initial agent (he hadn't ordered any parts for the repair, despite scheduling me for it), Mike was able to pull some strings and get my repairs done that day! This was very important as I had driven 80 miles to get there, and having to return would have been very inconvenient. I would say that if Mike had not stepped in and helped, I would not have ever returned to this location. He is undoubtedly one of the most friendly and competent people I have met in the automotive repair industry. Thanks again Mike! More

The service rep provides a full description of what work will be accomplished, the cost, and the approximate time that the work will be done. Transportation to your home is provided by courtesy van if you require it. All representatives are pleasant and respond to various requests such as how to hook up to wi-fi, etc. Facility is clean and waiting room is adequate. Might be nice to have a some light pastries, yogurt, etc. for early morning appointments. Keep the hot chocolate machine filled. More
HAD TRUCK ALL DAY, LIED ABOUT EVEN LOOKING AT IT! - Took my Tacoma in at 9 AM for an issue that I experience every day, which Toyota has published a service bulletin (TSB) on. I even mentioned the TS - Took my Tacoma in at 9 AM for an issue that I experience every day, which Toyota has published a service bulletin (TSB) on. I even mentioned the TSB when dropping it off. 3 PM, I finally get a call stating they "could not reproduce the issue, so nothing they can do." Asked them to just apply the TSB fix anyway and they told me there was no TSB for that issue, and nothing for my VIN. I looked it up and gave them the TSB #, which my VIN is clearly on, and they said they'd go check again. At 5:45 PM (6 PM close) they call back saying they "still couldn't reproduce the issue, because it requires a master tech to take lots of measurements and laser readings to get it to precise temperatures, and no master techs available today." None of that is remotely relevant to the issue, and I was looking directly at the TSB, which also made no mention of any of it. At this point, I made up my mind that I was going to a different dealer for the fix, so I went to pick up the truck, and THE MILEAGE HAD NOT CHANGED SINCE I DROPPED IT OFF!! THEY CLEARLY NEVER EVEN TRIED TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE, LIED TO ME MULTIPLE TIMES, AND KEPT MY TRUCK ALL DAY FOR NO REASON!!! More
