Phenomenal service department Before trading in my car, i owned a Hyundai Elantra. From the moment i left the lot it gave me issues. I decided instead of letting the original deale Before trading in my car, i owned a Hyundai Elantra. From the moment i left the lot it gave me issues. I decided instead of letting the original dealership i bought it from work on it i would bring it into Brent Brown. I had to get my entire engine replaced because it was shot. Engine replacements are definitely not cheap, but George and the rest of the service department went above and beyond for me to get it at an affordable price. Before replacing my engine they did $1100 in work hoping it would fix it, when it did not they wrote off that cost since it did not fix the issue, which is a blessing because many other service centers would not do that. George got me into a loaner and let me keep if for the entire time my car was being worked on. Although i ended up trading in the Hyundai to get a RAV4 from Brent brown, their consideration in the service department means so much to me. As a young single female it can be intimidating going to service centers alone, but they never tried to scare me into unnecessary repairs like many other service centers do. Amazing experience!! More
