Great help and very friendly! I was greeted immediately and with a smile. I was there at 8am for an oil change and emissions and registration. I wasn't even out of the car before t I was greeted immediately and with a smile. I was there at 8am for an oil change and emissions and registration. I wasn't even out of the car before they were already getting the vehicle information and asking how they could help. The shuttle took me immediately to my work without even a wait. When the service tech finished the oil change and inspection they texted me a link to see a video review of the inspection. It was very informative. I like to be able to see what it is they are talking about rather than have to try and visualize it. The shuttle picked me up and I was able to complete the on the spot registration in less than 2 minutes! Very impressive! Staff has always been friendly even if they are not the one helping me at the time. The older gentleman that does the alignment is especially nice! The shuttle driver (I am bad with names and can't remember)but he is a grandpa and has a friendly personality while he is driving me around. He also remembered where I worked and where to drop me off before I could tell him. Wish I had his memory! Overall I would give it 5 out of 5 stars! They even gave me a written estimate on things they would recommend getting done to my car. I shopped around to compare pricing and they were competitive. Higher than some and lower than others so I feel their pricing is reasonable. I always get their emissions and three oil change deal for $99. Well worth it! I will continue to bring my Prius there. More
