First service on new vehicle I took my vehicle in for its first (5000 mile) service. I really appreciate how they have a courtesy shuttle that helped get me to and from work. Being that it was the first service I expected everything to be fine and they told me it was. I was just expecting them to call me when my car was ready but I had to call and make sure it was. No one told me their name when I picked up and dropped off the vehicle so I'm not sure whom to rate. More

Personable, helpful Running late, explained my concern to Victoria. She offered to extend my arrival time so I didn't need to rush & could drive safe getting there. The process to make appointments is easy, and when I arrive to drop off a vehicle, a customer service representative is always very quick to get me on my way. The service department of this dealership is always very busy, but they are quick, efficient, and do a great job every time.
