Oil change - service I thought the video review of my vehicle by the mechanic (Tom) and sent to me via text message was the coolest thing ever! I really appreciated it. I I thought the video review of my vehicle by the mechanic (Tom) and sent to me via text message was the coolest thing ever! I really appreciated it. I already had a pretty good idea of where my vehicle stood regarding the maintenance that it was going to need fairly soon but still had a bit of life left (tires, brakes, etc.) and he was spot-on. He didn't try to oversell me but did give me an accurate picture of where everything was at. This did give me a lot of comfort and build trust with Brent Brown. I also like your 3 oil change package. That's a great deal for synthetic oil for my Tundra. The other services are quite expensive. For example, it's almost $300 to get my brake pads replaced. Big O will do it for $129. It's a pretty significant difference. Not sure if you match pricing? I do feel it would be done right at Brent Brown but it cause me to pause to think about justifying paying that much more. More
