The service department made me feel welcome and appreciated. I had an appointment to service my transmission. The service tech did a walk around, a thorough pre inspection, educating me on the things I should know as a Toyota owner and my cars service needs, at the same time commending me for the condition that the car was in. While my car was being serviced the dealership took care of two recalls on my car in which I felt were very important. During the service I waited in the customer lounge where I enjoyed complimentary beverages and a hot bag of popcorn. To my surprise the work on my car was finished forty five minutes quicker than I had anticipated.
