Extremely Satisfied I typically avoid getting car repairs at dealerships because they have always seemed so expensive and not concerned with helping the customer out. Bu I typically avoid getting car repairs at dealerships because they have always seemed so expensive and not concerned with helping the customer out. But, with this particular repair, I was forced to go to the Toyota dealer. I had heard the best things about Brent Brown, so I thought that would be the best of the worst case scenario. From the second I walked in to the dealership I was greeted, taken care of, treated like a human being, and felt genuine concern and care from all the staff. This means all the staff from those repairing my car and scheduling pick-up times (Alec), as well as shuttle drivers, people answering the phones (they talked to me between phone calls) and all others. I even walked around the sales floor while my car was being repaired and the salesman were genuine and nice, which I feel is very rare for that profession. I was blown away and had never felt so comfortable getting my car fixed. I have spent years trying a new location for every car repair because I never felt like customer service was a high priority. Now, however, Brent Brown has won a customer and I look forward to taking my car here for future services. It also makes me want to buy a Toyota for my wife just so we can have Brent Brown Toyota cover all of our automotive needs. Thank you. More
Its so nice to feel like you are VALUED customer! My experiences have always been great with the Brent Brown service department. You are greeted instantly--they even knew my name--VERY IMPRESSIVE! I was told the service would take about an hour and a half...then they called to say it was done about 20 minutes later. I was again--very impressed--by their efficiency. Great experience! More

What a great way to have a happy and knowledgeable customer on what is being done to their car. I feel that they went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Fast forward to the two services I have had with the car thus far - I have been able to get an appointment quickly, and the length of waiting time in service is reasonable. The service associates are helpful and professional. And - here's the best part - the sales associate who facilitated the sale of our car (Austin) comes to say hello when we are in service. It shows me that we weren't just a quick sale for him. Instead, he cares about building the customer relationship long term. More

I was somewhat taken back by the fact that Joel identified an additional $600 (or so) of work for 3 systems he recommended for servicing. I purchased the vehicle at Kendall Toyota in Alaska and have had the vehicle serviced there every 10,000 miles since purchase (now @ 82,000 mi); and had them complete each recommended PM with all recommended servicing each time... and the 3 systems Joel identified were never mentioned by the other dealership - my assumption is/was that every reasonable recommended maintenance procedure would be included in the standard recommended maintnenance . I simply asked them (Kendall) to complete the recommended PM work as they came due and so was puzzled by the appearance of 3 systems that had been... missed...? neglected...?. If they are included as a standard part of recommended maintenance work, I expected them to have been addressed as the work was done. Found myself wondering if this was really necessary work or simply an effort to add cost. I declined having the work done... but am wondering about why those systems would not have been mentioned by the Alaska dealership. I have been zoomed occasionally in the past by auto repair facilities - adding unnecessary work - and I am hoping that Brent Brown is not one of those. I'll be back as I purchased 3 oil changes... but I am wondering about the service center's business practices. A bit of a dilemma... was Kendall negligent in care of my car in the past? and I am really fortunate to have chosen Brent Brown at this point?... or....? not sure how to resolve. More

We use the Toyota care to get the oil changed and tires rotated and they are super easy to schedule with and always awesome to work with answering all of our questions and taking great care of us. This is our go to location to purchase or service our vehicles. Great job guys. More
