Service Department went above and beyond. I had warranty issues and licensing issues with my vehicle. Didn't have the best buying experience. The service department went above and beyond to ma I had warranty issues and licensing issues with my vehicle. Didn't have the best buying experience. The service department went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. They set me up in a loaner vehicle that was much nicer then my vehicle when it had to stay and wait on parts. They walked me through every step of the process. Then when my spouse lost the keys to the loaner vehicle worked with us above and beyond to fix that situation. I will be bringing in all my vehicles for service at Brent Brown. The service department definitely won me over. More

This was probably my fourth time going into Brent Brown, and each time I've had a great experience. They also have drivers who can take you somewhere while your car is being serviced. Excellent Customer Service When I called to make an appointment to service my vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the service department stays open in the evening a When I called to make an appointment to service my vehicle, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the service department stays open in the evening and that I could bring my vehicle in after work which was much more convenient than trying to get a co worker to pick me up and take me back during the daytime. It turned out that the service I needed took longer than predicted, but I was treated respectfully and was given more than one update in a timely manner. It wasn't too big of a deal to wait a bit longer since there was free wifi and a comfortable lobby. The service clerk and tech guy were friendly and caring and worked as quickly as they could to get me on my way. More

Coolant change, transmission change and fuel injector service, real pricey and I can probably get them done for less money elsewhere. The 3 times oil change pricing is very good and that's what I was there for. Well done on the maintenance done, overpriced on the rest. More
