My Countryman had to return to the shop THREE times (within the same service visit) to do what should have been a one-time shop experience. Appointment was to do the pre-36K service, plus a tire rotati (within the same service visit) to do what should have been a one-time shop experience. Appointment was to do the pre-36K service, plus a tire rotation that was owed to me from failure to do it on the previous visit, then the service failed to perform the brake inspection to determine remaining brake life. And only received a verbal "yellow range" brake life for all 4 wheels. No video inspecion by the service technician at the end. More
