I bought my car online from them. They never did mention that it had dings all over driver side, trunk, and the top of it. I drive 3 hours to pick up this car. When I got up there I guess they thought since I was female I would just overlook it and take the car anyway. Well I didn’t overlook it I made sure they k we all about it and how xxxxty it was to not mention this in the description of the vehicle or upon my purchase of it. Joel was the salesperson and at the time of picking up the car told me I could bring it back when their dent guy would be there and they would fix it. I bought this car on 7/29/25 and he told me to come back that he would arrange it, that it would be done same day and I could wait. Well he never did make arrangements so I had to keep hounding them that they needed to make this right and the service was very disappointing. So he finally gave me a time it was in another Tuesday at 11. I had worked the night before and drove 3 hours after working all night just to get up there an Jon to tell me that I was to drop it off that day (Tuesday) bc dent guy would be there Wednesday. Little did they know I circled with China marker all the spots. They must have been blind too bc some of them were very obvious and I had to point them out to the idiots in the car business. So then I was told by Jon ”oh this is going to be an all day job” well, that is not what little old Joel said. So needless to say I wasted another trip and at that point had been up for 18 hours. Then here we go with the phone calls and oh I am getting it arranged calls. They just had xxxx poor customer service. I finally got another day to come up there so now it will be another 6 hours of my time and a hotel room bill. I came up this last time, called before to confirm. Jon said dent guy would be there so again I circled every ding I cld see. I got a hotel room so I cld sleep bc again another 3 hr drive right after I worked all night and they said they wld bring it to me once it was done. I dropped it off around 10:30 Andre took me to motel where I was going to stay while this was being done and then I would head home the next morning. Finally it has been done car looks good but he missed one that I circled hv pics to prove it but at the time he brought it back I was so pissed and relieved for this to be over with. I will never go back to them only reason I wanted this car is bc it was special, reminded me of my Buick I had and had all the bells n whistle. The color of it also turns heads bc it’s not white but it’s not gray either. I would not give my business to them ever again. There is more to the story but this is the jist of it. Don’t buy from them, go somewhere else! They are men who don’t care about their customers and think women are stupid. Also, Manny sold me LoJack $1495 just flipping through papers and signing. I was so mad that day I didn’t even pay attention, so there they got me for another $1495, which they will not reimburse. Avoid this dealership!!!! More
