My purchase and service through Alex and the Sport Subaru - WillardJim2

My purchase and service through Alex and the Sport Subaru staff was beyond my expectations! This is a unique dealership in that they see as their mission to always put the customer first! They are professional, transparent and will give you a price that demonstrates their commitment to volume selling, something I believe is rare in the new car arena, My transaction was a win by both parties! From Alex to management to financing the Subaru “Love” motto was demonstrated. Kudos to Alex for his commitment to me and the Subaru values!.

From the time I walked on the lot until I left in the - Scott

From the time I walked on the lot until I left in the Aston Martin DBS Superleggera, I was taken care of every step of the way. Never pressured to purchase or make any decisions. Best buying experience I’ve ever had and I attribute that to Damian Castillo and Paulo Amaral. These two were awesome.

I purchased a new car on 09/29/26 and John Coppola was my salesman. He was very knowledgeable, polite and made the experience very enjoyable for my wife and me. His team captain, Faris Abudiab, was also very pleasant to work with . We have been a customer of Parks Lincoln of Longwood since 2011 and never had any problems with your employees. Our service Advisor is Alfredo Escalera and again is a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Parks Lincoln if anyone is looking to buy a Lincoln.

Service was done (battery replaced) on 11-20-2025. - james.guerci

Service was done (battery replaced) on 11-20-2025. One week later, the car once again had a dead battery and could not start. I did some troubleshooting and measured approx. one amp of current draw with the engine not running. After a brief check, I found that I had accidentally left one of the interior dome lights in the "ON" position. No doubt this is what had caused the battery to drain on 11-20. The technician should have tested for "phantom loads" and should have found this common fault.

Audi North Orlando - Sandford is the absolute BEST luxury - kimberfl25

Audi North Orlando - Sandford is the absolute BEST luxury car dealership! I can’t say it enough. Sean E, Amber L, in the service department are so genuine, straightforward and take care of you like you’re the only customer! No matter what pressure they must have, always consistent and concerned about all customers needs. The General Manager, Shaun L shows outstanding leadership and is always available to customers. Shaun L is very involved with all customers. It’s amazing and you typically never see the General Manager of a Luxury dealerships on the floor speaking to customers. The service department is the best, they are all very welcoming and helpful as well.

This weekend we purchased our third vehicle from Bill Ray - subaker207

This weekend we purchased our third vehicle from Bill Ray Nissan in Longwood. David Crayne was our sale consultant, and Philip Copeland was the finance manager we worked with. This was the smoothest auto purchase we have ever made, and we have made quite a few, in fact at one point my husband said this is too easy I must be dreaming. We actually had a good time and that's not something you generally say about the process of buying a car. We told them what we needed and they made it happen. I will be buying my future vehicles at Bill Ray Nissan and telling others about our very positive experience.

Great purchase experience. - garbi157

Great purchase experience. Gabby was my salesperson she went above and beyond to make my buying experience excellent. Kelby your sales manager was also very professional and accommodating. Will definitely buy here again

September 2026, I brought my vehicle to Headquarter - yolandamaddox99

September 2026, I brought my vehicle to Headquarter Hyundai, and the contrast in care was immediate. Johnathan Ramos truly listened to my history and concerns with genuine empathy. Understanding the disruption this situation had caused my family, he immediately provided a loaner vehicle so we could safely go about our daily lives while your team worked. HQ Hyundai master technicians accurately diagnosed an internal failure within the HEV Battery and Battery Management System (pulling codes P1B71 and P1B96). Unlike the previous dealership, your service department possessed a thorough, accurate knowledge of Hyundai's corporate policies. They seamlessly verified and honored the Original Owner Lifetime Hybrid Battery Warranty, completing the extensive battery and BCM replacement at absolutely no charge. Thank you, Mr. Ramos! Y. Today I had a 30,000 mile maintenance appointment for my - svisionguy

Today I had a 30,000 mile maintenance appointment for my 2021 Volkswagen ID for electric vehicle I was a little worried because I figured if the maintenance was not completed today I would need to wait until Monday and go to the weekend without the car I brought the car in at 8:00 a.m. and spoke with James and the service department relayed my concerns to him and he told me not to worry that he would and his staff would take care of it and I have to say James and his staff did a bang-up job they took care of all my maintenance needs and a couple of extra things all in one day they were extremely professional polite courteous and helpful they gave me explanations for everything not just trying upsell me on New services and features but made sure that I understood what was needed and why it was important I could not recommend James and his staff anymore than I just have but don't fear when having to have your VW worked on James and his staff will take excellent care of you!

James Price was my sales rep, finance manager, and - Taniesha

James Price was my sales rep, finance manager, and everything. He was very knowledgeable of programs available to me and was able to help me make the best recession for myself and family. He remained professional at all times, going as far as to joke some times to help ease my nervousness. John Price assisted in closing the deal. He showed me the car that fit my needs. He also explained all the documents to me throughly during the signing process. The insurance agent Harry Pecunia assisted as well by finding me some car insurance that’s way cheaper than what I currently have. My overall experience here was excellent. I loved my first visit.

Buying a car is something many people genuinely dread - Flora

Buying a car is something many people genuinely dread because of the pressure and stereotypes that often come with the experience. Walking into a dealership can feel intimidating—but Zach at Holler Honda completely changed that for me. From the moment I met him, Zach was patient, informative, honest, and genuinely focused on helping me make the right decision for me. He answered every question thoroughly, never rushed me, and never made me feel pressured in any way. Instead of feeling like I was being “sold” a car, I felt like I had a trusted guide helping me through the process. Zach is everything people wish a car salesperson would be—and the complete opposite of the stereotype that gives dealerships a bad reputation. If every salesperson were like him, I truly believe far more people would feel excited, rather than anxious, about walking into a dealership. His professionalism, integrity, kindness, and genuine care made what is usually a stressful experience enjoyable and memorable. Holler Honda is incredibly fortunate to have someone like Zach representing their dealership. He is a tremendous asset to the team, and because of him, I drove away not only with a car I absolutely love, but with complete confidence that I had made the right decision. Thank you, Zach, for making this one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I will happily recommend you to anyone looking for a vehicle at Holler Honda.

Everyone seems helpful. - hureer1

Everyone seems helpful. Jason didn't pressure us to buying the car. He gave us space and time to decide. I left something valuable to me in our old car when we trade it in. I went back inside to find him so I can get it back but he had it already in his hand to give it back to us. He said he knew that it is valuable to us. We knew that we can trust him. So anyone needed a car come and see Jason Cambion.
