When I got my first vehicle, I didn't know which model would be the final product for me. Over that initial 2 day period, I drove 5 vehicles...Billy listened to my needs. Cheating lieing theives Sold us a used car advertised and told us everything was in great working order, new brakes, new rotors, all sorts of new stuff. I had to have pads and rotors put on not even 2k miles down the road. Car developed a power steering whine not even 2 weeks later, when confronted they refused to even take a look at it. They shared personal information with my employee in order to get me to come back to sign something. 3 months later after cutting our loss a friend went and bought a jetta from these people, she was lied to and told it was a turbo. Asked me where the turbo was on it and I had to explain to her there was no turbo, it was a 2.0 non turbo. More

Bad Service We have been having all kinds of problems with servicing our WV Beetle in this dealership. The car just won't stop breaking... and when we take it to We have been having all kinds of problems with servicing our WV Beetle in this dealership. The car just won't stop breaking... and when we take it to the dealer they would always find something in addition to what is causing the problem and overcharge us to replace/"fix" it. We must have spent $2000+ on repairs and have owned the vehicle for little over a year now.... and the car keeps on breaking... Not going back to their service department and will look for a REAL mechanic Stay away if you want to keep your money and fix your car! More
