Danny called us on the phone after I had looked at some VW's on line on my cell phone. We told him were looking for a VW Beetle and he described a 2010 he had just taken in trade last week with only 6000+ VW's on line on my cell phone. Due to living far away, I was shopping over the internet and working out the price ahead of time and Alex gave me the attention I needed throu North. I was already a regular customer at David Maus Volkwagen North, my most recent visit was for a new headlight to be installed in my Volkswagen Beetle. I've always made an appointment with Brian Gibson due to FANTASTIC customer service. I had an older VW Beetle and it was time for an upgrade. The day of service on my VW Beetle, I test drove two different vehicles with Louis Karnbach. There wasn't any pressure to purchase the day of. Louis was very understanding and patient with me. I stayed in contact the next morning with Louis with regards to one of the vehicles I test drove and told him I would return later on in the day after work to more than likely purchase the vehicle. I returned in the evening to purchase a used 2012 Jeep Patriot. Louis came in on his day off to meet with me which was very much appreciated. Prior to getting to the dealership he made sure the vehicle was cleaned and ready to be taken home. Louis was also was very kind and brought in some of his personal Jeep items and gave them to me as a welcoming gift to the "Jeep Club". The night I purchased the vehicle, the staff were very patient with my decision making and were still kind even after closing and me being the last customer to leave the dealership. I am extremely satisfied with my vehicle and it was everything I was looking for and more! The staff at David Maus Volkswagen North is why I've remained a loyal customer.
