I felt that he was really concerned with my needs and actually went so far as to find the car I wanted from south FL. He wasn't pushy and didn't apply the usual "let's do the deal" pressure that I've experienced in the past. The paper work was just as easy and trouble free. Wes Long was a pleasure to deal with also. He didn't push a bunch of useless "protections" that I've been told in the past I couldn't live without.
